When you take into account
the vast distances involved and the comparatively few people
to pay for our roads, Australia's highway system is remarkably
good.
These are some notes I have
put together to assist caravanners and RVers who are planning
trips. They are in the main based on personal experience from
many trips we have done ourselves so there may well be some omissions
or things may have changed a little since our last visit.
It's best if you use a good
map together with these notes. Interesting maps on the net can
